We’re deeply saddened to share that Iris Bragin, Scott’s beloved mother, has passed after her own battle with colon cancer.

Another life lost to this disease.
Another reason we keep going.

While we gather each April 6th to run, we’re reminded that colon cancer doesn’t follow a calendar — people are fighting every single day.

In honor of Iris, and in support of all those affected, we invite you to make a donation to Rhythm Forever. Your support fuels research, raises awareness, and keeps this fight alive — year-round.

DJ Scott was the heart and soul of Rhythm of the Night Entertainment, a company he founded when only a teenager. He went by many names, but those nearest and dearest called him Scotty McBalls.
